Refunds & Returns We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let’s fix it. We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

How to Start a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: Noticeable damage to the product and in its original packaging. To start the process, please contact us at yushui888@hotmail.com with your order number.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
